Team Stable Care

-- Stable Care Manager -- Genara Stromfield -- The Stable Care Manager will hold meetings with her team of Trainers at least every two months. As a team, they handle the stables rules as they are set out and any conflict resolution and mediation that is needed falls in their capable hands. They keep a watchful eye on the Trainers, Grooms, and Apprentices to be sure that all are behaving and taking part in the day to day activities and updates wiki content. The Stable Care Manager also deals with questions regarding the PFS collar and its pony torturing settings. The one important feature of the stable care manager is to ensure that no pony stays ignored. She is the one to make sure the community stays healthy. Vet, Ponizei or Stable Hand are under the responsibilities of this team
